To remove in its entirety the rooftop deck and any related components all installed without benefit of vcc review or approval. Patch roof as necessary following removal of deck components. All debris to be removed through the interior of the building or by use of a trash chute. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
