Past flooding - mold issues, kitchen floor buckling, railing outside is in disrepair, outside light doesnt work. Being evicted soon. I went to this apartment on 3/8/13 for a complaint about water intruding into the kitchen and mold issues. The apartment was old ,but seemed in good condition. The kitchen floor,though, deflected while walking on it, and the tile that had been laid years before, was cracking and grout was coming out from between tiles. The renter said that she had been there for ten years, and twice there was water issues,once from a pipe in the ceiling, and from water coming in the back door. The back door to the kitchen is below the outside grade.
