Demo interior (non load bearing) drywall drop ceiling grid in basement and on first floor

Replace 4 meter sockets and disconnects and 1 panel that were sprayed with water from fire dept plus rewire 1st floor electrical wire that also were sprays by fire dept (mixed use)

Interior alterations to create a take out kitchen on the 1st floor level as per approved plans. Separate permit required for mep and kitchood permits.

Replace drywall on existing walls. Level 1 alteration: shall comply with the provisions of chapter 6 of the international existing building code. To include the removal and replacement or the covering of existing materials, elements, equipment or fixtures using new materials, elements, equipment or fixtures that serve the same purpose. Must maintain all code required fire rating on wall and floor ceiling assemblies. This work activity shall be performed by contractors & sub-contractors licensed by the city of philadelphia.
