Install protective underlayment over roof as needed and gutters, repair gutter framing supports and prep for new sheet metal gutters, install slate to match existing color and size, install new metal gutters, repair rotted wood on on widow sills, frames and moldings. Erect a scaffolding platform to protect workers and pedestrians. Platform shall be installed and maintained per the philadelphia building & occupacy code chapter 33 section 3306. 7 for covered walkways.
