Amend ap# 705757 to change wall stud sizing at first floor level from 2x6 to double 2x4, as per (p. E.) sealed plans.

Rough-in plumbing for (2) powder rooms on 1st floor: 2 toilets, 2 lavs

Install a new 5 lateral curb trap and fai. Install a new 1 domestic water service.

New construction: interior plumbing for a 3-story, (3) dwelling unit building with a crawl space and roof access structure. The installation will comply with the philadephia plumbing code, 2004. Additional permits are required for the 5" sewer lateral and the 1" domestic water distribution service, to the street main. Fuel gas piping & equipment is not part of this permit and requires a mechanical permit.

Install 200amp service,4 gang meter module,all wiring throughout with recepts,lights,switches,smokes and co detectors as per 2008 nec (south district) install a complete fire alarm system as per nfpa 72

Installation of an automatic fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13r in new three (3) building for three (3) dwelling units to include new backflow prevention assembly and new 2-inch fire service line as per approved plans.

Installation of three (3), 2-ton heat pumps systems with all associated ductwork, as per approved plans.

Erection of a three story attached dwelling with crawl space, roof deck and pilot house (for access stairs and landing only). Building to be used for three family household living.
