SCORE 100 Tear off two layers of shingles. Inspect all of the wood. Replace bad wood where necessary. Apply ice and water shield along all eaves of the heated portion of the home extending 2 past the inner wall, and rolled up the valleys as well. Cover the remaining portions of the roof with synthetic felt. Install new aluminum drip edge and starter strip on all edges. Install new pipe boots on bathroom soil stacks. Install new box vents on vented portions of the roof. All walls will be step flashed and sealed with a matching color metal. The roof will then be shingled with lifetime shingles from home depot and the work site will be cleaned up and trash will be hauled away.
