This project involves the conversion of an existing row house into 7 condominiums units. The project will cause minimal improvements to the site and maintain the existing integrity of the structure. Te construction involves the recapturing of lower level ceiling heights by virtue of structural underpinning. Increase electrical service will be installed to accommodate additional load requirements in addition to a new water line for the fire protection system that will be installed. The gas service remains unchanged. New installation of a single cab elevator.

Install gate on the side corridor of the building, which provides the only entrance to the ground-floor level condo. The gate will be set back approximately 45 feet from the public sidewalk entrance at the front of the house.

Installation of a new glass and metal roof enclosure on existing 2 gsf patio. Both the condominium association and the historical society have approved the renovation plan. Renovation of existing concrete stairs to the patio will bring them into international building code compliance, new structural work will include a load bearing wall inside one of the existing patio walls. Electrical work will include a fan installation, an exterior light box and switch, six standard duplex outlets, one 2 volt dedicated heating and ac circuit to run to existing panel and one ductless split system heat-pump.
