Replace hot water heater,fixtures 1 kitchen sink, 2 lavy sink, 1 shower, 2 water closet and water & sanitary lines as needed - the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Interior and exterior alterations to new kitchen and bathroom. Replacement of drywall and framing repairs. Replacement of sub-floor and tile repairs or replacement. Roofing repairs. Window and door repairs or replacement in existing opening and painting. No change in use occupancy. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Separate permits for plumbing and electrical.
