Sub permit will not be issued before bld2016-09145... The owner is adding a new ph tank outside of the building that needs electricity for the mixer and automatic valves. A new alarm panel, city ph sampling panel and alarm light with associated wiring will be installed. We have already submitted plans to slcpu for the civil and everything outside the building.

The owner would like to add a 40 gallon ph tank to the existing sewer service and will need electricity supplied to the tank for the mixer and automatic valves. The tank would be added to be able to text ph levels from the car wash. Electric panels and alarms will need to be added inside the building and they will need to bore under existing driveway for conduit installation. We did fill out an application earlier that was incorrect and can be cancelled - bld2016-09142
