There was some confusion in the entering of the permit originally. I entered worley as contractor instead of sub. Conversation with owner verified that he will be the contractor. He will sign a owner exemption as work is 25,800.; setbacks along street right of ways must be measured from the street right of way line or the street, whichever is closest to the property. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply such items as porches, decks, patios, etc.; applicant called spoke with bob thomson and gave him a list of additional items needed for permitting. 9/26/06 ref 1.
