To renovate building including the replacement of the existing storefront system with new millwork, installation of new mechanical equipment in the decatur side alley, and the installation of a new natural slate roof as per below description of work. All work as per architectural committee approval of 06 28 16, final plans submitted 09 30 16, and stamped vcc approved 10 03 16.
