Add approximately 5 deep addition to rear of an existing house, basement and second story across entire length of the rear of the 2- family house. Demolish and rebuild interior wall and exterior brick. It is also proposed to raise the walls and roof of the building for bay windows and gable dommers( where it is showing in the dwn). Add new bed room on top of existing garage and basement foundation under second existing garage. Excavate for bay window and light wells. Put back fence and land escape.

Amend to bldr-005491-2013. Replaced exterior bricks and sheating due to safety in the course of construction. Add a new interior stair to code. Revise the master bedroom layout and other minor changes in the interior layout. Please see the attached doc.
