For the documentation of an existing bar restaurant on the first floor level as previously approved with the reduction from a two family household living into a single family household living on the second and third floor level with the erection of a rear deck on the third floor level (accessed by residential unit only) and for the creation of radio, television and recording services with accessory offices on the second and third floor level. For level iii alterations throughout an existing building for the use of an existing restaurant bar on the first floor level with no change in lawful occupancy, reduction of an existing two family dwelling in to a single family dwelling with a deck with 42" guard rails on the third floor level (accessed by residential unit only) and for the creation of a music studio with accessory offices on the second and third floor level. Alteration to include erection of stairs, erection of partition walls and provide finishes throughout. All work to be done per approved plans.
