Masonry front wall - remove existing front masonry wall. Replace with new 8 inch masonry wall, with like in kind (double course brick) on existing foundation. Windows and doors to comply with emergency egress standards per irc.. New door opening for 36 inch door. Flash roof to new front. Vertical reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-19 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. Street department permit for sidewalk closure needed. No other work allowed under this permit.
