For level ii alterations in the ground floor to create a third apartment in the existing building resulting in a complete change of occupancy classification. Work includes modified front window openings, one (1) hour rated walls at stair, underside of stair and ceiling. Certificate of occupancy required - building shall be fully sprinklered throughout. Separate permits required for fire suppression system and all mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.

Install 100amp 240v single phase subpanel in first floor, re wire lgihts, switches, recepts, smoke & co detectro in first floor apartment as per 2008 nec (south district) no service or fire alarm work on this application

For the installation of a fire suppression system, in accordance with nfpa 13r, with a one-inch fire service line, as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

Install new 1" domestic water service main to meter - pa1# 2017-2060093 "self-certifications are no longer permitted" - "all excavations and plumbing trenches in excess of 5 feet in depth must have approved shoring in place at the time of inspection"
