Foundation construction only. Site excavation, underpinning of adjacent foundations, sheeting shoring all require special inspections by registered engineer. Must protect adjacent foundations during excavation see engineered sheeting and shoring plans. Owner takes full responsibility for the alterations, modifications or removal of the foundations covered under the foundation permit which may be required upon review of the final plans for a building permit for the subject property.

Ez permit ductwork & warm-air appliances- for the installation of new ductwork, registers grilles diffusers, and warm-air appliances as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Pressure wash front of house at psi with posco ne restoration to thoroughly remove all airborne dirt, atmospheric carbon, rust, mildew, algae, fungus, exhaust residue, pollutants and weather discoloration from red clay brick masonry. Samples to be reviewed for approval by the philadelphia historical commission. Work to be performed as per philadelphia historical commissions guidelines and or approved plan.
