Tree branch fell on oppds conductors which caused the service riser conduit to rip off the house and bend in half. The customer called oppd to remove the branch and reconnect the utility lines to the house. This all happened in the early evening. Work began at 7: to repair the exterior service. The existing service riser was 1" conduit w/#6 conductors. The meter was an old amp type with 1" entrance hubs. A new 1" rmc type conduit was installed w/new #6 conductors and weather head. The service riser neutral conductor bonded at the meter socket at the lay-in washer and ran continuously to the neutral bus in the house panel. No work besides termination of the neutral conductor was done on the inside panel.
