For the erection of a three story structure with a roof deck accessed by a roof deck access structure. Structure for use as a two family dweling. Building is to be fully sprinklered. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Install 2 hvac units with ductwork (two-family dwelling)

Install two (2) new fire suppression systems (one for each dwelling unit) with two (2) 1" combined services in accordance with nfpa 13d throughout the entire building (two family dwelling). All work shall comply with the approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

Install 200amp main service, 2 panels, 2 gang meter and grounding no common space , all wiring throughout recepts,switches,lights,smokes co detector,phone & cable tv wiring as per 2008 nec (cc district)
