For the installation of new fire suppression system throughout per nfpa13 & 13r with a new 2 inch fire service line as per plans.

(1) vacant commercial space in the basement and (3) dwelling units on the 1st floor through the 4th floor (mixed use). The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004. Pvc pipe in not allowed on this project per code section p-902. 5. Separate permits are required for the backflow prevention containment assembly, the 5" combined sewer lateral to the street main and the 2" domestic water service to the street main.

Install five (5) - 52,0 btu 95% gas furnaces and 2 ton ac system with all required duct work. All duct work will be self contained in each single living space.
