Remove non load bearing partitions, remove load bearing brick piers in basement, remove existing window in front window well, remove and salvage cabinets for reuse, remove fixtures, remove existing retaining wall along south side of building (not the one at the sidewalk), remove radiators throughout, remove exterior stairs from parking area at northwest corner of the property. (refer to building permit b1609275 for all proposed work)
