Pepco is installing two 138kv 8-way duct banks from buzzard point substation to their new waterfront substation along first street sw, t street sw, 2nd street sw and r street sw. During this construction any trees near the trenching area that are not labeled to be removed will be protected as noted on the plans. Two pepco manholes will be removed at the intersection of first and t street sw.
