Norel is adding onto existing fire alarm system to provide code required fire alarm signaling devices in the restroom and bedroom area of each of the (7) new rooms. No prints are being submitted.

Replacing (7) existing non code compliant 110vac smoke alarms (1 per room 7 rooms total.) with new ada code compliant smoke/strobe. In each room (7) wiring in tandem (1) 110vac strobe only in bathrrom from new smoke alarm. New strobe to read " local smoke alarm activation only."

Submit revised fire alarm drawings that were modified after discussion with boston fire department.

Spolidoro and sons inc. Will remove (2) toilets in the ladies room and set aside for future reinstallation. The lavatory sinks located within the ladies room are considered existing to remain and no work for these two sinks is included in the total estimate price. Our company will retrofit the existing waste vent and water piping for the new mens room layout. The new. Mens room layout shall include retrofitting all existing lines for the addition of (1) water closet (1) lavatory sink (1) new floor drain and (1) urinal. Lastly our company will furnish and install all of the necessary plumbing for (1) new waitress line area. This includes all of the necessary plumbing for (3) hand sinks and (3) floor sinks. Spolidoro will also furnish a cold water supply for (2) coffee brewers (1) hot chocolate dispenser (2) soda machines (3) juice dispensers (1) dipperwell faucet as well as all indirect waste piping for (2) ice bins (1) drip trough drain extension and (1) dipperwell faucet.
