Placement of new mobile home in emma heights mhp;sls not sure of trailer owner;sls 2 patton ave trun r n louisiana ave to emma rd r 1/2 mile to park; march 15, 2013 10:59: am ssalyer. I think bp 13-1431 applicant submitted application and site plan are all wrong. It did not have an addressing tracking step on it so i am going to leave it up to you all if you want to ask the applicant more questions or if you want to make any corrections in hte. I think it is for 18 emma hills dr. There is a unit at 18 emma hills dr up on block right now. The unit at 6 emma hills dr now looks to be occupied.
