Build new roof deck on existing 4-story retail and 8 dwelling unit building.

1)-furnish and install one surface mounted 240volt 50amp 1-phase 4-wire nema 14-50r outlet in a new location in the handicap parking space. 2)-furnish and install one dedicated 240volt 50amp 1-phase 4-wire circuit from the existing building electrical panel in the electrical room on the first floor to the new outlet. 3)-furnish and install one e-mon d-mon sub-meter in a new location in the electrical room on the first floor to display the accumulative kwh and "real-time" kw load of the new outlet.

Porch repairs to address violations: install ledger bolts every 16" on all ledgers, install angle supports at cantilevered landings, install through bolts on all outside stringers, install through bolts at all beam and post connections,reinforce guard rails on east porch on all floors, install angle support with through bolts on cantilevered section of deck on east porch. Patch and repair drywall as needed through out. All work subject to field inspection.
