Adding bath and kitchen remodel, update hvac, electrical and plumbing, new insulation & drywall. Including front and back decks that were built by previous owner for zoning approval. Location: patton ave to florida, left o burton, left on atlanta, right on ivy.; applicant described how rear deck and front porch were added by previous property owners (neighborhood housing services). I checked older aerial photos and previous permits and find no record of any zoning permits being reviewed or approved for the rear deck or front porch addition. Also note there does not appear to be enough room for driveway or off street parking on this parcel. Said off street parking spaces may not be located within the road right-of-way.
