Property located off broadview dr in rm-8 district, parent pin # redacted phone number84074. Developers name is w6 ventures, agent gerald green. Checked h. T. E. And buncombe county gis site. Having problems following what is being proposed here. Not sure if lot 5 has frontage on a public road? Looks like owner is dividing parcel by parcel. Unfortunately, i do not have the benefit of reviewing a master, preliminary or final plat of this project. Need advice from others before i am ready to issue zoning permit approval for lot 5.
