Self-cert interior alterations for tenant build-out for new restaurant within existing tenant space. Scope of work does not increase or decrease existing building footprint. Change use from retail sales (general) to restaurant (limited). Interior alterations include metal studs and gypsum board partitions; suspended acoustical panel ceilings; gypsum board ceilings; doors, frames and hardware; interior wall, floor & ceiling finishes . Supplement, modify & extend existing hvac system, duckwork distribution, plumbing and electrical systems as required to accommodate new restaurant and equipment.
