Masonry front wall - remove existing _ story front masonry wall 15 x 40. Replace with new 8 inch masonry wall, (4" brick & 4" block) on existing foundation. Windows and door same location. New door opening for 36 inch door. Flash roof to new front. Horizantal reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-19 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. No other work allowed under this permit.
