Property owner advises he has seen a survey that shows otherwise and refused to bring survey in for review. Applicant contact said he found property marker and the property line was the fence. I advised i would continue to review application based on applicant submitted site plan dimensions showing no portion of the deck would be closer than fifteen feet to side property boundary.
