Eric murray-this project is contained within an existing unit of an already-built condo complex/ marymoor heights. The project occurs in a unit on the top (3rd) floor of one of the buildings. This top unit has 20-24 vaulted ceilings above both the dining and living rooms. Heat immediately escapes to these tall points causing the heating unit to be inefficient. The proposed project is a loft built above the dining room/ 10x12. The floor height to bottom of the loft/ after construction/ will be approx 9. The height from loft floor to ceiling will be approximately 12. The project is designed to a) provide a lid to keep heat down and b) to provide storage space above the dining room. This space is accessible via ladder. The new space already has electrical for a lighting unit. Construction consists of anchoring a beam to each of the four side walls of the space dining room/ placing 3 beams across the open expanse/ and covering the beams with car decking. A square access poi
