I nspector for this project is danny guthrie and he can be r eached at redacted phone number (office) or redacted phone number (cell). 5. Dr iveway access apron must be constructed in accordance with detail 3. 15 from the city of asheville standard speci fications manual. (sent to applicant) 6. Driveway apron width shall be 18 feet. Opening at r oadway shall be 25 feet. 7 . Grade in first 10-feet of driveway must fall within ra nge of -4% to +10. 6% 8. There will be one entrance constructed.
