Masonry repairs to fractured portion of exterior wall and replacement of damaged structure.

Make safe permit - for (cutting off 6x6 foot portion of the brick and reconstruction as directed in submitted engineer report) to resolve case 582450. Abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6? In height. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case 582450.(additional safety measures may be required based on inspectors initial field inspection)

Install temporary receptacles for lighting for construction - as per 2008 nec

For the partial demolition of the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th flrs to create an inner court yard (16 wide) w the creation of an open walkway bridge at the 3rd flr level & a 4th flr balcony (w 42" high railings) and for the partial demolition of the 3rd and 4th flrs to create a second inner court yard (12 wide); for the erection of a 5th flr pilot house addition to access the new roof deck (above the 4th flr roof) w 42" high railings, as part of an existing attached building, (size and location as shown in the application).
