New 1" water distribtion line, 5" lateral connection, house trap, fresh air inlet and partial house drain to inside the building wall - see plumbing permit #633365 for interior plumbing construction - work per the approved plan and the phila plumbing code 2004

Install fire alarm panel box, wire fire alarm with pull chain, horns, horn and strobes and signs per nfpa 72 phone and cable per 2008 nec (triplex)

Interior plumbing construction for a new 4-story 3-family dwelling - the water meter backflow preventer assembly (backflow optional and not required by code) must be relocated at near the inside building wall in the basement to comply with pwd requirements - note: separate permit(s) required the exterior, sewer water connections to the city mains and for fuel gas piping - egress wells will drain into the sewage ejector and the fresh air inlet for the ejector must be increased to 4" per section p-1106. 1 of the phila plumbing code 2004 - the fresh air inlet house trap must comply with section(s) p-501. 7, p-502 & p-503 of the phila plumbing code 2004 - the installation will comply with approved plans and the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

For the installtion of a fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13r, with a new 2-inch fire service line as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

For the erection of a four (4) story, three family dwelling with roof deck as per approved plans and bbs variance 22631. Building to be fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for mep and fire suppression
