For the construction of a two (2) story rear addition with interior alterations and renovation to an existing single family dwelling as per plans,

Interior demo and interior alterations to include drywall throughout, moisture resistant drywall in the bathroom and kitchen, new windows and doors in existing opening. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties. Separate permits required for plumbing, electrical and mechanical work

Remove and replace front brick facade. Masonry front wall - remove existing front masonry wall. Replace with new 8 inch masonry wall, (4" brick & 4" block) on existing foundation. Windows and doors to comply with emergency egress standards per irc.. New door opening for 36 inch door. Flash roof to new front. Vertical reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-13 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. No other work allowed under this permit.

Ez permit ductwork & warm-air appliances- for the installation of new ductwork, registers grilles diffusers, and warm-air appliances as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.
