Swr august 8, 2005 4:27:12 pm stuartr ; recd zoning application. Pmd; property located in rs-4 residential single-family district. Recieved revised site plan for zoning amendment on january 4, 2006. Lot is considered a corner lot. Corner lot means a lot abutting on and at the intersection of two or more streets. Proposed home location faces both robinhood rd and brookwood rd. Therefore, front setback shall be a minimum setback requiring no less the twenty five feet (25?) measured from edge of both street rights-of-way.
