New residence (lot 2 sunset dr.); permit is for the construction of a new single family residence 37 sq ft; added a 2nd mech permit for the gas logs per call from carol to sb. Charged 45.; recd amendment for trusses;cah; 10/9/03 8:17:01 am; shillinglaw residence. Issued by ssb.; front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line. Side and rear setbacks are to be measured from property lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; pa plans not sealed, pa called & applicant called; msd approved by kay farlow recd fax (payment due)cah; water approved by mk copy of approval from water maintance screen.; building safety review comments the approved plans with the attached review comments are required to be at the job site for use by the field inspector(s) at all times. The building permit is required to be posted at the jobsite at all times. Call maro slaughter at redacted phone number to schedule inspection. All subcontractors shall contact building safety

The owner is continuing to work on property causing addtional runoff. Runoff falling off into stream causing erosion. Condition has existed for 2 years. Aet.; site visit 10/3/13 no one at the residence, left door hanger and business card for return call and verification of tree removal. Observed area in power line row. Spoke to ric ledford about possible location in stream buffer; ric followed up on site and stated stream is not a regulated stream (not perennial?); additionally proposed location of deck was previously disturbed anyway;rlh
