Roof replacement upper flat roof only remove existing roof and haul away debris. Skylight to remain, but will be lifted and reset once curb is flashed with new epdm. Furnish and install a new 0 white epdm roof over inch insulation. Insulation to be set with plates and screws. Parapet walls to be covered with 3/8 plywood and epdm carried up walls. Wall caps and flashings to be new white 032 aluminum. Pipes to be flashed with new epdm. Pitch pockets to be created with lead coated copper and install where a/c lines enter roof. Furnace vents to be painted with grey roofing paint to help prevent rusting.
