On 10 05 2016, the department of licenses and inspections issued a notice of refusal for application #668730.

On 9 29 2014, the department of licenses and inspections issued a notice of refusal for application #515555.

To amend permit #563657 to include foundation reinforcement, tie-backs and relocation of bracing as shown in approved plans.

For the new construction of a 52 story mixed use building consisting of visitor accommodations, restaurant, assembly and entertainment, commercial retail, and parking garage as per plans. See broad of building standards decision letter for case no. 23979. No exterior signs. No commercial kitchen exhaust hood on this permit. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.
