Repairs to address violations:repair damaged windows, install new gutters and downspouts, repair eaves,repair existing roof covering, repairs to exixting garage, repair handrails for porch. Plumbing repairs to address violations:install discharge pipe for hot water heater, install vent pipe for kitchen sink, repair piping for kitchen sink, install grey box for washing machine, install clean out at base of sink, remove laundry tub and toilet and seal openings in basement. Electrical repairs to include:remove exposed wiring in basement ceiling, install three light fixtures, remove extension cords for ceiling area. Replace three open boxes. All work subject to field inspection.
