Limited mechanical work only to condition portions of vacant non occupied building and prevent interior deterioration includes replacing 2 gas fired boilers, installation hot water units heaters, pumps, hw cw piping, electrical stairwell heaters, equipment as per plans and schedules prior work installed installation to condition vacant space only for future occupancy. No other work approved - vacant building to be fit out at later date. Additional permits required: use permit, electrical, plumbing, sprinklers, alterations permit for fit out co permits required prior to occupancy. Owner hvac contractor resonsible for any changes deviations to system due to final building permit review and final perfomrance balancing tests as attached.
