Land use application to allow resurfacing of an existing athletic field (lakeside middle school). Project includes 6,2 cu. Yds. Of grading. No change to existing surface parking.

Project includes interior renovation and small addition to the middle school building on the lakeside school campus. The scope of the interior renovation includes small modifications to existing storage spaces, expansion of existing boys and girls restrooms, replacement of some outdated existing mechanical and electrical equipment, and small openings in an existing masonry interior partition to improve circulation. Interior improvements affect a maximum of 8,3 gross square feet of space. The scope of the 3,9 gross square foot addition includes one large music classroom, an office, and three smaller practice room spaces for educational use. Minor exterior improvements will be required to the existing landscape to accommodate stormwater requirements and allow access to utilities.
