We are building a small front entryway addition measuring approximately 25 sq ft, enclosing the existing brick landing that sits within our property line. As part of this project, we are shifting/moving the existing brick leadwalk/walkway and steps that sit in public space approximately 6 to the right so they run directly straight from the public sidewalk into the front entryway addition. The walkway will remain reclaimed brick and the steps and small stoop/landing in front of entryway door will be metal. Because we are shifting the location of the leadwalk/walkway, we will also be salvaging and modifying the current iron open design fence, height approximately 32", so the swing gate is in line with the new location of the leadwalk/walkway.
