R/r electrical only. Separate permits required for remodel and a/cs. Unpermitted work will accrue a swo and fines. Existing duplex has 2 totally separate service drops located on the south side of unit 1 and east side of unit 2. Both existing services are a mix of fuses, and obsolete breakers, exposed service entrance conductors. Upgrade service to 2 gang meter/service to be located, as per rocky mountain power, to the east side of structure. Unit 1 (front): upgrade to new breaker panel. Repair or replace existing wiring as needed. Add new circuit for future air conditioner. Add receptacle outlets, smoke detectors as per current code. Minor kitchen remodel. Unit 2 (rear): upgrade breaker panel. Connect existing circuits. Correct incorrectly sized electric water heater circuit. Add new circuit for future air conditioner.
