January 6, 2006 10:45:38 am ccox remove 25 of foundation wall, dig and pour new footing. Relay with 8" blocks. Footing will be 16"wide, and 8" deep with 24 rods horizontally. Clc; remove and replace 25-ft of crawl space masonry foundation wall. No plans submitted or approved. Design was discussed with the contractor, paul cox. Building comments: refer to the plan review comments for important information or compliance with the building code. The review comments are required to be kept on the jobsite for viewing by the city inspectors. The building permit is required to be posted on the job site at all times during the project. The permit shall be in a weathertight location or container accessible to the city inspectors during their inspections.
