Attaching single car garage:; applicant submitted plans to increase size of building, yet no plans were submitted to zoning staff. Called and left message with applicant to request a revised site plan to be submitted for review. Swr october 20, 2005 3:20:24 pm stuartr ; met with applicant as he submitted revised site plan that shows revised plan to add an additional two feet (2) to previously approved site plan. Drawing shows no portion of the addition will be closer than six feet (6) to left side property boundary. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply such items as porches, decks, patios, etc.;
