Interior and minor exterior alterations to existing warehouse, 2 stories. Interior work to include demolition of all elements covering 32 square feet including raised slab and abandoned elevator. Creation of white box space. Exterior wall portion removed and temporary bracing to support until future tenant improvements.

Revision to issued permit b1602225 to relocate boiler to accommodate access clearances. New partition to enclose boiler and mep.

Tpr. New distillery with accessory assembly space in existing warehouse space.

After hours work to occur monday-sunday nights for 7pm - 7am. Noise levels not to exceed dbs. Any complaints from the community will void this permit.

Removal of: obsolete non structural enclosures, obsolete plumbing at interior of space, demo minor mechanical, equipment, existing electrical equipment, non structural window infill, non structural walls at interior, non structural interior decorative masonry at perimeter of building, non structural addition above 2nd floor canopy, and demo obsolete signage at 2nd floor canopy attached to facade

Interior demolition with exterior work such as facade cleaning and additional work include but not limited to new storefront , windows and doors, new roof deck with green roof and planters

Use change - interior alteration and repair to include new stairs, new elevator, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. New fire and sprinkler system, new restrooms, new interior partitions for shared and open offices, conference, meeting and break rooms, new lighting, new flooring and finishes - structural work for new elevator, stairs and mechanical equipment. Green roof and roof deck under separate application.
