Install sprinkler system

Build a 12x shed which includes (1) double door on west side, (1) standard entry door and 2x3 window on the north side, (1) 2x3 window on the east side and nothing on the south. It will have treated 2x4 lumber for sides covered with osb and wrapped. It will have a 2x12 ridge board and 2 headers over doors. It will have 8" lap board siding and stone half way up front (north facing). The roof will have osb, felt and covered with 50-yr heritage asphalt shingles, weathered wood in color. All joints will be caulked in the siding prior to it being painted. It will be painted to match the house (virtual taupe) all corners, windows, and doors will be trimmed and painted the same as our house (moth wing). Walls will be 8 high with an overall height of 114". The shed will sit on a concrete floating slab. Footing will be 12"x20" all the way around with rebar within. Will have a 4" minimum slab. The shed will be secured by 5 8" bolts 6 o. C. Max. Embedded 7" min. It will also have a ramp coming off
