Plans were submitted directly to maria, only the application came to the permit office. Maria says that she will coordinate with sharon allen (zoning) and with natalie berry (floodplain). Applicant in process of revising plan to address these concerns swr july 3, 2007 3:10:38 pm stuartr ; zoning site plan permit application approved in accordance with city of asheville udo procedures sec. 7-5-3 and applicable standards in 7-14-2, for the temporary use / structure for the following event: springmaid-wamsutta tent sale from july 9th through july 16 2007 , for the purpose of display and sale of product inventory. Approved site plan shows location for large x tent to right rear portion of parcel. Azalea development manages both parcels and has verbally agreed to share parking spaces @ walker construction.
