January 22, 2013 11:11:28 am pamk. Rswo, tenant, talked to someone 7- days ago about situation, has given landlord notice, hasnt heard back from, would like our assistance if possible. Several issues to house ranging from low water pressure, water leaks, broken window seal, dry rot on deck,to holes in basement walls, etc. Attached email to landlord with complaints. Pjk; february 7, 2013 8:17:54 am pamk. Complaint inspection to verify conditions that were e-mailed to the owner by tenant. Abby wood who is one of the tenants showed me the conditions and also provided me a copy of the e-mail sent to the owner, she also said that the office has a copy furnished with the original complaint filed.
