To install four (4) turret security cameras mounted to underside of balcony, per cut sheet submitted 03/18/15 & stamped vcc approved 04/20/15. Cameras shall be painted to match adjacent building surface. All conduit and wiring shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery/balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces.

Exterior repairs: tear existing stucco, skim, replace damaged rafter and decking to match; install new 2 1: pressure treated cdx, house wrap, metal mesh, stucco, prime and paint .

All work to occur on the barracks elevation of the rear, orange-rated building as per materials stamped vcc approved 10 12 17, as follows:removal of existing stuccorepair replacement of underlying material and installation of house wrapinstallation of metal lath and new stucco mixed and applied as per vcc standard detail sheet (attached)new stucco to be painted to match adjacent painted stuccogrey, matched to existing note: this permit is to resolve a violation concerning work begun without a permit for which a stop work order was issued. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no more than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work.
